What you'll be doing:

  1. Responsible for the on-site deployment, implementation, and debugging of LiDAR products.
  2. Responsible for the upgrade and maintenance of clients' LiDAR software versions, and perform site acceptance testing of EOL calibration.
  3. Perform on-site troubleshooting, coordinate issue resolution, and collect detailed diagnostic data for complex cases to support R&D analysis.
  4. Support clients with LiDAR performance verification during development phases and other on-site tests, and generate test reports based on client requirements.
  5. Participate in failure analysis of client-returned products and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.

What we are looking for:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Automation, Geomatics, Electronics, Computer Science, Semiconductor, Optics, or related fields.
  2. Language: Proficient in English (Knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
  3. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as an FAE or within the LiDAR industry.

  4. Knowledge & Skills:

  5. Proficient in operating Linux systems, ROS, and tools for network packet capture and analysis, with solid knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols;

  6. Familiar with testing of autonomous driving technology, automotive sensor technology, and ADAS, as well as relevant ADAS solution-related knowledge;
  7. Strong analytical skills for after-sales technical issues, with proven ability to drive and implement problem resolutions; capable of independently analyzing technical issues and delivering comprehensive technical analysis reports.

  8. Soft Skills:

  9. Strong logical reasoning skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve on-site issues, and effectively summarize findings;

  10. Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
  11. Highly self-motivated, fast learner, and excellent coordination skills to coordinate necessary resources for on-site problem-solving.
