About Team
TikTok's Client Solutions Team (CST) aims to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct client's and agencie's challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Our Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
The CST Analytics Team accelerates the growth of TikTok’s business through precise data, prescriptive analytics, and predictive insights that both raise the top line and lower the bottom line. The Analytics Lead will shape the future of CST key focuses and business directions in the region. In this role, you will drive consistency and ensure the business is appropriately benchmarking our activities holistically across product, commercial, and programs. In close partnership with various cross functional departments, you will know how to connect the dots and help the business identify opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team as well as influence the broader CST organization on business tracking, product insights analysis and experiment best practices
- Work as the lead data strategist by identifying relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
- Build effective data tracking workflow that allows the business to monitor progress, and find problems or roadblocks in a timely manner
- Track and analyze advertising data, drawing actionable insights for campaign optimization and revenue growth
- Understand business problems and customer needs, translate them into structured analysis or data products that directly solve various problems and make a true impact across various domains and industries
- Form strong relationships with internal teams, including CST, Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy, and Product Operations
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from the business teams

**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, algorithmic engineering, or machine learning
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in data analytics related fields such as Math, Statistics, Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership and self-direction. Willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques.
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in business analysis, and product analysis. Product management experience or digital marketing industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, Python or R
- Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Technical leadership and managing experience preferred
