We are looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Executive to join our team; As an HR Executive at BMDP, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the organisation's HR functions. You will be responsible for various HR activities that contribute to the growth and development of our team, cultivating a positive work environment and ensuring that we continue to save lives together as OneBMDP.
**Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and be the point of contact for all people-related matters
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture aligned with the BMDP’s EVP
Performance Management
- Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and expectations for employees
- Support the HR Manager and CEO in executing the performance management review processes
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer payroll instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the computation of bonuses and salary increments
Training and Development
- Support the building of internal capabilities through BMDP’s skills and competencies framework and managing the training requests of staff
- Assist in creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Monitor and track employees' progress in their development journeys
Compliance and Internal Processes
- To manage the full spectrum of HR administration functions and ensure compliance to various regulations (Employment Act, CPF Act etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Review, implement and communicate HR policies, procedures
HR Sub-Committee Secretariat
- Support the HR Manager in quarterly meetings with the HR Sub-Ccommittee, to prepare presentation slides and recording of minutes
