This leading financial services company is looking to onboard outstanding customer service representatives for their growing team.
**Your new role**
This role will be sitting within the main contact centre. You will be required to deliver consistent and excellent service to inbound customers. You will be handling customer enquiries, complaints and feedback across all business channels and handling any escalations and disputes in a professional manner.
**What you'll need to succeed**
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in any industry
