The Nestlé R+D Accelerator has opened up its “nest” to accelerate dynamic food & beverage innovations, aiming at delighting consumers and enhancing their lives. It offers an immersive entrepreneurial experience from “idea to shop”, empowering cross-functional teams to hit the market with pioneering and disruptive solutions that embrace new science, technology and of course, the love of food.

Today, Nestlé's global R+D Accelerator network consists of 12 sites across 6 continents. Each Accelerator is located at a Nestlé R&D site and focuses on a specific product category or region. The Singapore regional accelerator works with both internal and external teams ( start-ups and students), leveraging lean start up methodologies, to develop innovations relevant to the region. We are looking for a Project Specialist with a solid track record to join our exciting Nestlé R+D Accelerator team. In this role, you will manage projects from “idea to shop” and engage the accelerator project team to transform an idea to a product test launch within 6 months. This is a permanent full-time position based in Singapore.

**A day in the life of...**
- Lead the project team to transform an idea to a product test launch within 6 months leveraging a regional network of experts and resources
- Develop, with support of the coach, individual team members with innovation skills and tools while instilling entrepreneurial behaviors
- Be a recognized ambassador of the Accelerator in the organization
- Take on project management/coordinator responsibilities, at a regional level, for selected pioneering sustainability projects related to refill and re-use models

**Before the Project**:

- Prepare high-level project program with given timelines: Stakeholder on-boarding, project scoping, team member selection & set up (all with support from coach)

**During the Project**:

- Create detailed project timeline and ensure project delivery on time and quality.
- Engage, motivate and challenge the team, build design of experiment with help from full team
- Solve problems & escalate to coach if necessary
- Own the budget (monthly check in with coach)
- Challenge experiment design to test project assumptions and validate thinking

**After the Project**:

- Document project learnings and files, and establish transfer plan with stakeholders.
- If coached by agency PM ensure post-transfer, regular follow-up with stakeholders, based on agreed transfer plan.

**Overall**:

- Research best practices for continuous improvement

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 10 years of work experience including project management roles
- Demonstrated Project Management skills including strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Previous exposure to lean start-up methodology a strong plus
- Experience in food & beverage / healthcare industry a plus
- PMO certification preferred
