Join our CarePrison family to inspire hope and empower clients to make lasting, positive changes through reintegration and rehabilitation services, to support inmates in their journey to reintegrate into society and break out of destructive behaviour patterns, and provide support to families of the incarcerated to develop resilience and overcome their challenges in the absence of a loved one. This position is responsible for conducting groupwork for younger and/or elderly offenders, and providing case management/counselling services for elderly offenders assigned by Singapore Prison Service, to achieve successful reintegration.

**Join our CarePrison family to be Case Worker/ Social Worker, if**:

- You have a bachelor degree in Counselling / Social Work/ Psychology, with at least seven years experience with case management service, with counselling and/or experience working with offenders and the elderly folk.
- You are people-oriented and approachable, and able to conversant in at least one other local language or dialect other than English (i.e. Malay, Tamil, Mandarin, Hokkien).
- You have an interest / passion to work with multiple profile groups.
- You are self-motivated, resourceful and takes initiative to drive improvements and developments.
- You are an active-listener, enjoys problem-solving and are passionate about getting to the root of key issues to provide solutions to them.
- You have possess strong communication skills.
- You are able to work independently and at the same time a team player who is able to work cohesively with colleagues from different levels.
