**Position Summary**:
The Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) - Cybersecurity supports Channel Account Managers (CAM) in a presales effort to sell cloud solutions in Productivity, Continuity, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations categories to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) of all levels, in various industries, across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) - Cybersecurity will deliver pre-sales cloud product demonstration experiences to our Partners as well as post-sales deployment and configuration assistance.

**Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)**:

- Demonstrating the technical and commercial value of a selection of Pax8 Solutions
- Driving initial configuration and architecture guidance for a variety of customer environments
- Assisting partners with proof-of-concept deployments and responding to RFIs
- Provide a demonstration of select solutions.
- Produce product-specific guides and videos.
- Ability to articulate vendor tools mapped to CIS Controls.
- Understanding of the Cyber Essentials Mark.
- Ability to be customer service oriented and work well in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Driven and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of cybersecurity solutions engineer/pre-sales experience
- Have a desire to constantly learn new, multiple, and challenging platforms
- Possess the ability to blend technical and social engagement
- Have the skill to communicate complex concepts in simple terms
- Are genuinely passionate about customer focus and relationship building.
- Are undaunted by troubleshooting deployments in unknown ecosystems
- Have certification in **any 1 of the following;**
- Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) - ISC2
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
