As a Solutions Engineer, you will be part of the Capabilities Solution Engineering group that provides leading edge technological solutions through digital transformation to enhance our users' operational capabilities. Your role involves understanding stakeholder business processes, recommending new initiatives, and managing their conceptualization, design, procurement, implementation, and deployment.
What You Will Be Working On
You will collaborate with IT Security consultants, Infrastructure Engineers, and End Users to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting business requirements and compliance standards. Strong project management, stakeholder expectation management, and vendor management skills are essential.
Deep dive into business processes to formalize operational needs via digital technologies for cost-effective solutions
Understand problem domains, requirements, and use-cases through industry and user engagement
Engage stakeholders to propose and justify new initiatives and solutions
Execute projects based on plans to meet business needs within cost, time, and quality parameters
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent competencies
Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
Professional certifications such as CITPM, PMI, ITIL, or Scrum Master are advantageous
Proven project management experience in project development cycles using best practices
Experience with technologies like BPM, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, RPA is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective communication and writing skills
Strong passion for problem solving and solutions engineering
