Provide solutions to simple issues reported by end users over remote assist
- Providing remote technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, identifiy and implement solution
- Prioritize issues using appropriate escalation procedures, and coordinates referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel as needed.
- Focus on SLA and solution process
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / ITE in **Information Technology, Computer Engineering, **or relevant
- **Welcome entry level - Training Provided**:
