**THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.**

The Senior Executive, Public Engagement is responsible for planning and supporting the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement to achieve brand awareness and visitorship targets for Singapore Discovery Centre, Singapore Navy Museum and upcoming brands subsumed under the DCS umbrella.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan and implement innovative and engaging events and educational programmes for different visitor segments: family and youth audiences, for both in-centre and outreach efforts.
- Conduct and facilitate public programmes across all DCS museums.
- Assess and review programme outcome, effectiveness and impact.
- The role will be in support of Marketing Communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of events & programmes.
- Adhere to finance guidelines and governance for procurement processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Competent with a strong acumen for programme design and development, and a result-oriented person.
- Excellent in writing and verbal communications skills, as well as good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays during programme days.
- Great attention to details and with a flair for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc will be an added advantage.
- An appreciation for the Singapore story and the defence narrative.
- Creative, cheerful and fun-loving
