**Job description (job content)**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Strengthen the company's positioning and visibility with private and public sectors by assisting in identifying and coordinating specific engagement opportunities.
- Prepare for engagements by assisting with research, reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings with government officials and other key stakeholders.
- Aid in the planning and execution of events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Contribute to the development and revision of compelling narratives that position the company as an innovator and leader.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and presentations with stakeholders both within and outside the company.
- Help monitor current project roadmaps and progress.Collaborate with various departments on public affairs-related projects.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Public Affairs, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in public policy and / or public relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Possessing a proactive, positive and collaborative mindset, coupled with humility and a willingness to learn.Minimum of 5 months internship period.
