Work Location: Suntec
Salary Range : $2,500-$3,000
Working Hours
1. Open to shift work (24 hours) and weekend work
2. 44 hours per week
3. 5.5 days work week
**Job Description**:
1. 1-2 years of inbound call center environment (min 6 months)
2. Education background: N Level
3. Multitasker - logging the call while on the call
4. Objection handling to prevent the call from being escalated to the next level
5. Fast paced environment
6. Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such
7. Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
and concerns
8. Guide callers in navigating the client website and using the available services
9. Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
10. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions
with customers
11. Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
12. Handle ad hoc duties as required
