Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach department personnel to achieve a level of competency required for effective duty performance
- Oversee efficiency of order fulfilment processes, identifying opportunities for process flow improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement
- Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, information and data
- Analyze and report on department performance metrics
- Conduct checks on documents, investigate issues, and report errors
- Participate in implementing operational, process, and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce issues with order fulfilment
- Support customer orders, handle enquiries, issues, and engage with stakeholders to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain good communication and relationships between external and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement in order handling process.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Organized, able to multitask and set priorities accordingly
- Confidence in interacting with diverse range of consumers
- Degree/Diploma from recognized institution
- 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably from FMCG industry
- Experience leading/mentoring a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
