**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately handle and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records and proper documentation for all sales transactions in a timely manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Refer complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Facilitate vendor registration processes to establish the company as an approved supplier when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
