Salt is hiring a Consumer Marketing Manager, SEA responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, launching integrated marketing initiatives targeting mass consumers in Philippines.

You will be running the day-to-day operations of an integrated marketing campaign including budget management, creative execution, media planning, asset delivery, social media management and event organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide coordination across a variety of brand and growth initiatives targeting different audiences, across multiple markets with cross functional teams
- Support the execution of integrated marketing communications efforts that encompass a 360 approach across various channels (digital, social, traditional media, events) to support key narratives and impact stories
- Drive process of results sharing and learning agenda from campaigns and initiatives with the wider organization

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience including prior experience in Philippines projects or have understanding of Philippines culture, consumer insights and market dynamics
- Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers), as well as cross-functional teams
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, events) that drove results
- Experience designing and delivering marketing solutions leveraging insights and analytics
- Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
