**Marketing Manager (Consumer Marketing)**
As a marketing manager focusing on consumer marketing, you will be working with our leading client - one of the largest tech brands shaping consumer technology as we see it today.
As you guide them through end to end marketing communications and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines. You will be the expert across key devices, services, and products and ensure consistency in all marketing execution across retail, channel marketing, and the management of creative assets. You will also help define regional guidelines and deliverables for online and offline marketing. You will work with global counterparts in the strategy and execution of these guidelines.
This role will suit someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and a highly dynamic team of marketers, project managers, and sales and creative partners.
**Role**:
- Build and manage relationships as the Marketing Manager with consumer electronics retailers.
- Work with the client's retail partners to ensure a new online and offline brand presence rollout that communicates their key positioning and products.
- Interface with retail partners while educating them on brand guidelines, providing suggestions for collateral/asset changes, and delivering constructive feedback on marketing collateral/asset disapprovals.
- Build annual channel marketing plans with each retailer, ensure execution with creative partner agencies, and analyse metrics and insights to improve the following year’s annual marketing plan.
- Develop strong relationships with go-to-market sales, retail operations, and product teams to develop and plan significant launch moments throughout the year.
- Collaborate with creative producers and regional marketing managers, drive planning of creative projects, and define milestones and risks to ensure projects meet business objectives and deadlines.
**You**:
- BA / BS degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in - consumer marketing, retail marketing or omnichannel marketing.
- Experience in Retail Go-to-Market strategies
- Knowledge of online commerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing
- Ability to influence change and negotiate cross-functionally and with external parties
- Strong program management capabilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
- Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
- High energy, highly organised and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project's success.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning across JAPAC.
