**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Finalise invoices to all customers by verifying the costing, discounts and operation codes for each invoice.
- Ensure each item listed in the invoices are authorised by the respective authorised personnel before sending the invoices to customers.
- Calculate and report to management the man hours and service incentives of technicians
- Close job orders for billing to customers
- Verify the contractors' invoices by checking the service and repair pricing pre-approved by the manangement
- Man Express counters by performing the role of Customer Service Associate
- Represent the Company in a professional manner as a front line employee
- Identify and respond to customer needs by providing technical advice
- Work as a team with external and internal stakeholders including customers, contractors, workshop employees
- Raise job orders to workshop and contractors
- Prepare quotations, debit notes and credit notes to customers
- Liase with controllers and contractors on price, service and repair quality of work
- Follow up with workshop and contractors on the service and repair of vehicles and feedback to customers
- Update service and repair schedules and vehicle collection with customers
- Perform basic investigation into customer complaints and rectify the problems by coming up with recommendation within guidelines
- Escalate more pressing issues to Supervisors
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Only Singaporeans
- Competent in basic English and Chinese to liase with Chinese speaking customers
- Proficient in MS Office
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Applicants with automotive background preferred but not mandatory
