- Assist in creating proposals based on information provided by the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare invoices and monthly reports for billing purposes.
- Maintain filing system and SWM software for waste information management.
- Support Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist Customer Service Manager and Sales Director with customer care, feedback, complaints, market intelligence, and marketing communications.
- Update customer database with current and potential customer information.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to meet customer requirements.
