Membership Relations

Our client, a well established recreation club is currently looking Membership Relations & Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.Salary: up to $7,000Work Location: Marine Parade / Tanjong Katong areaWork Days: 5 DaysResponsibilities: - Lead, motivate and provide direction to the Front Office, Membership Relations, Marketing Communications as well as Graphic Design teams in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of all sections in the Membership Relations Department. Efficient management of all membership transactions, marketing campaigns as well as organising Public Relations events of the Club and overseeing the editorial and production of the Club’s publicity and social networking materials. Develop departmental budget and responsible for directing the team to drive revenue, profitability and achieve maximum return on investment. Key Management Representative for AGM and responsible for AGM proceedings. Assist in Constitution and Bye-law amendments and ensure such documents are effectively interpreted and updated. Manage brand delivery and develop strategies to help position the Club as “Club of Choice”. Oversee media requests and inquiries to ensure consistency in the release of Club information and news. - Actively sourcing for Sponsorship and potential parties for placements of advertisement to bring in additional source of revenue for the club. Oversee important aspect of regional network under the Regional Networking Committee.Requirements: - Degree from an internationally recognized university
- 5 years’ work experience in Hospitality industry
- Good career track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team of staff to achieve department objectives
- Strong leadership, planning and organization skills
