**岗位职责
- Improve and organize customer information

完善以及整理客户资料
- Timely answer customers’ questions, and remind customer to renew or upgrade products

及时解答客户的疑问，跟踪客户产品升级续费服务
- Arrange one to one teaching, coach software operation and stock knowledge for new customers

与新客户进行一对一讲解以及辅导软件操作技巧及股票知识
- Provide specific training according to the learning situation of clients to help them improve their investment level

针对客户的学习情况，提供专项培训，帮助客户提高投资水平
- Establish good cooperative relationship with customers

与客户建立良好的合作关系

**Job Requirements**

**岗位要求
- O Level, NITEC Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field

拥有任何相关领域的O Level、NITEC 证书、文凭或学士学位
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

流利的普通话和英语
- Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel

精通Microsoft word、PowerPoint、Excel
- Possess at least 1 year of customer service-related working experience

具备至少1年客户服务相关工作经验
- Interested in the financial industry, with strong independent learning ability

对金融行业感兴趣，自主学习能力强
- Good Communication skills and problem-solving skills

良好的沟通表达及解决问题的能力
- Patient and meticulous character, with service awareness and team spirit
