Freelance Social Media Management and Designer

Fine Today is a Personal Care company that manages multiple top Japanese hair and skin care brands in Singapore including Senka, Tsubaki, Fino and Ma Cherie. We are looking for an individual to lead Senka’s and Tsubaki’s social media pages as well as design brand assets.
The aim of this role is to increase the brand presence and engagement of Senka and Tsubaki on social media platforms and provide aesthetically pleasing assets such as ecom banners aligned to the brand personality to attract awareness and interest in various marketing campaigns.

- Cash Payment only, as its a freelance, no CPF/Benefits
**Responsibilities**
- Identify social media trends and create digital marketing content to drive traffic and engagement
- Develop social media content and strategies to increase followers, maintain social media account according to brand tonalities (Senka and Tsubaki Instagram, open to Tik Tok)
- End to end ideation and execution of social media content - proposing monthly content calendar, content creation, caption copywriting, timeline management, posting of communications.
- Track and measure engagement, conversion rates
- Design and adapt visual assets including social media content, ecom banners according to marketing campaigns
- Working with appointed agency to create in store POSMs on a monthly basis based on marketing calendar. Assets are available for adaptation for major campaigns
- Support and facilitate the development and implementation of marketing administrative duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Keen eye for aesthetics, strong timeline management skills
- Creative and daring to try out/set new trends, comfortable with being on camera is a plus
- Experience managing a brand’s social media page is a plus
- Able to work independently
- Commitment period of at least 6 months (option to extend another 6 months period)
