The ideal candidate will have a passion for food content, creativity in crafting engaging posts and videos, and a strong understanding of local digital marketing strategies. The position is structured as a 1–2 month trial, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on results. Deliverables Develop and execute a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailored to the Maltese market. Create visually appealing posts and short‐form videos that highlight the unique qualities of homemade sweets. Plan and manage small‐scale paid advertising campaigns to target local customers and increase brand visibility. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth. Provide regular analytics reports and actionable recommendations to optimize content and campaign effectiveness. Propose a clear breakdown of included services, specifying the number of posts, videos, and ad campaigns per month. Clarify whether ad spend is included or separate from service fees. Share examples of previous work, particularly in the food or dessert sector, to demonstrate relevant experience. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably with food, dessert, or retail brands. Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software for social media platforms. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices. Ability to design engaging visuals and write compelling copy tailored to a local audience. Experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns with a focus on local targeting. Analytical skills to interpret social media data and provide performance insights. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Availability for a 1–2 month trial period, with flexibility for ongoing work if successful. Based in Malta or with a strong understanding of the Maltese market is preferred.
