The role involves editing short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, utilizing dynamic cuts, creative transitions, and cinematic text overlays. The position is remote, project-based, and offers the potential for ongoing collaboration beyond the initial assignment. Responsibilities Edit and assemble video footage into polished, high-quality social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Apply advanced editing techniques, including speed ramps, masking, time‐remapping, and match cuts to create dynamic, visually appealing content Incorporate cinematic titles and lower‐thirds using MOGRT or After Effects templates (e.g., AEJuice)Perform light sound cleanup and basic color correction, applying provided LUTs as needed Prepare final deliverables as horizontal 16:9 masters, optimized for social media platforms Collaborate remotely, adhering to project timelines and feedback Skills and Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a portfolio demonstrating social media video editing Experience with modern editing techniques such as speed ramping, masking, and match cuts Ability to use and customize MOGRT or After Effects templates for titles and lower‐thirds Basic audio editing and color correction skills Strong attention to detail and creative problem‐solving abilities Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and adapt to feedback Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Availability for a single project with potential for future assignments About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
