The position is remote, with an initial paid test followed by ongoing weekly projects for the right candidate. Deliverables Select and edit engaging moments from long‐form podcast episodes into short‐form videos (typically 30–90 seconds). Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, B‐roll, and branded elements to enhance viewer engagement. Ensure all edits align with the unique tone and branding of each podcast. Deliver clean, modern, and visually consistent edits suitable for business, health, and lifestyle audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and maintain high‐quality standards. Manage and organize source files and deliverables efficiently for ongoing projects. Requirements Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and techniques for maximizing viewer retention in short‐form content. Experience adding captions, motion graphics, and B‐roll to enhance video quality. Ability to adapt editing style to different podcast genres and brand guidelines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. Availability for ongoing weekly projects and timely delivery of edits. Prior experience with social media video formats (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) is highly desirable.
