Social Media Manager

Ask & Embla is looking for a **Social Media Manager** who will take charge of our online presence, crafting and executing creative social media strategies that align with our business goals. **What You'll Do**:

- Design and implement creative social media strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on measurable impact.
- Take ownership of Social Media Channel performance and growth, leveraging analytics to drive decisions.
- Strategize the creation of viral content with clear, data-backed outcomes on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and leading new initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting tools to track channel performance, campaign ROI, and audience behavior.
- Work with a team of content creators, videographers, copywriters, and freelance remote resources to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- Regularly conduct research on benchmark trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies, using findings to refine social strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, influencer marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure data consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, design tools, and trends in social media, ensuring the brand remains innovative and competitive.

**Who You Are**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, design studio, fashion, or jewelry industry.
- Passionate about content creation and deeply knowledgeable about the latest trends and changes in social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Hands-on experience in content management with a solid portfolio demonstrating excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to present creative and data-driven solutions confidently and clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
