**Social Media Manager / Lead**

We are on the cusp of a very, very exciting change at ERA with a brand refresh. Hence, we are on the lookout for a change agent to join our ranks as a Social Media Manager / Lead. Working in tandem with the Head of Communications, you will create our social media content strategy to support the bigger content strategy. You’re our brand voice, engagement custodian and run social media campaigns across our social media platforms - including Facebook, IG, LinkedIn and Youtube. You’re ace at social media monitoring tools and the bridge between content strategy and platform strategy.

You have experience with the following (working at an agency or with a brand):

- Creating social media content strategy and calendar as part of the bigger content strategy driven by Communications; as well as engagement strategy.
- Establishing brand presence and awareness across social media platforms.
- Creating social media presence and engagement strategies of the C-suite.
- Creating social media campaigns working with Communications, digital marketing, project manager and the creative team (video and design).
- Multi-stakeholder management.
- Brand voice, trends and content performance monitoring via social media tools.
- Sound understanding of social media platforms, creative formats and partnering with Digital Marketing in monitoring performances.
- Content best practice sharing with the wider team.
- Knowledge of FB, IG, YT, Linkedin and Tik Tok.
- Degree in marketing or communications.
- At least 5 years’ experience.
- Currently a Social Media Manager or Lead
- Change agent, problem-solving and deadline-driven.
- Pro-active, creative and highly adaptable.
- Knowledge of social media monitoring tools.
