Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the Social Media Intern will be responsible for curating social media content and managing the company's social media platforms across Asia Pacific. This includes social media platforms, such as Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram. The intern should be familiar with the features and trends of these platforms and be able to propose creative ideas to boost engagement with targeted consumer groups.

Core Work Activities

  1. Assist in planning and scheduling content tailored for different social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok).
  2. Support the team in creating, editing, and posting of creatives (e.g. Reels and Tiktok).
  3. Monitor social media trends and propose creative content to enhance audience engagement.
  4. Help manage community interactions by monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages across all social media platforms
  5. Track performance metrics and assist the team in reporting
  6. Collate content and creative assets from regional social media champions across various countries
  7. Assist in other marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  1. Preferably studying for a Diploma with interest in social media and digital content creation. Passionate about social media and digital content, with experience in creating and editing content for various social media platforms.
  2. Familiar with features and trends on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
  3. Basic video editing skills using tools such as Capcut, InShot, or similar software.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  5. Knowledge of Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo) is a plus
  6. Candidate to provide portfolio to view social creation and planning work.
