  • Act as the primary content capture specialist for internal and client shoots, including product demonstrations, B-roll footage, behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, and employee spotlights.
  • Set up basic lighting, audio, and phone camera equipment to capture high-quality, platform-ready assets.
  • Work quickly to capture multiple content formats (stills, vertical video, horizontal) from a single shoot.

Trend Curation & Execution:

  • Daily research and analysis of trending sounds, challenges, video formats, and viral content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
  • Pitch 3-5 platform-specific content concepts each week based on current trends, tailored to the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Rapidly edit and assemble trending short-form video content using mobile and desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush).

Post-Production & Optimization:

  • Write platform-native copy, compelling captions, and relevant hashtag strategies for all short-form content.
  • Format and schedule finalized content using our social media management platform (e.g., Sprout Social, Later).

Analytics & Insight:

  • Monitor the performance of trend-based content, noting successful formats and proposing adjustments for future executions.
