Associate Director, HR

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR workstreams across Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, working closely with Regional COE partners, HR GBS, and line managers etc.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruiting partner for the AMEA Singapore Snacks team, working with Preferred Recruitment Partners/Whitecrow and hiring managers in the selection, interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Performance Management: collaborate with AMEA Snacks OD Manager to ensure PDP closures and conduct employee/manager training sessions.
- Talent Management: collaborate with AMEA Snacks OD Manager on AMEA Snacks Talent Review and PDC.
- Employee Engagement: collaborate with manager, SLT and employee resource groups to design and deploy targeted projects and interventions that drive engagement. Support managers and teams with analysis of results and driving action plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: ensure pay competitiveness by participating in the annual Mercer APCBF salary survey and any other relevant benchmarking surveys (e.g., benefits), propose salary packages for GL1-5 based on function MRP and internal equity, work closely with benefits vendors & providers (e.g., Mercer insurance brokerage team, IHP), managing employee benefits communication/escalations, manage yearly people cost and HR ZBB budgeting and ongoing cost tracking.
- Mobility: work closely with Global Mobility team and AMEA Mobility Consultant to facilitate inbound/outbound moves for the entire SG Office. Monitor ongoing assignment status and ensure timely delivery of immigration and tax services to assignees.
- Provide advisory support on facility/office services where required.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A university degree holder in HR/Business/Management. Min. 6 - 8 yrs of HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively (oral and written communication). Knowledge of another Asian language would be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and planning skills - ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and time pressures on an ongoing basis.
- Strong computer skills inc. HRIS / database systems.
