Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, YouTube’s Trust & Safety team is dedicated to making YouTube a safe place for users, viewers, and content creators around the world to belong, create, and express themselves. Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.
The Creator Policy Experience team manages the operational infrastructure of inbound creator requests from appeals to Verified Badges. We also build out guidance and processes to improve creator interactions from our policy enforcement.
As the Creator Policy Experience Manager for the team, you will manage a team of Policy Escalation Specialists in reviewing content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. You will build out and scale initiatives aimed at improving the creator experience. You'll work cross-functionally across Product, Enforcement, Vendor Operations, Business Analytics, Creator Support, Team YouTube, and more. You may also review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. This role may require on-call work at weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Policy Escalation Specialists to review content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and policy verticals to expand Creator Policy Experience initiatives. Communicate with leadership on sensitive escalations and exercise strong business judgment.
- Partner with other regions, define and improve processes, and drive other operational improvements to ensure we meet goals.
- Become an expert on YouTube’s Community Guideline policies to help drive policy improvements.
- Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
