Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

**Responsibilities**:
What will I be doing?
- You will organize and articulate ambiguous and complex ideas or issues into clear documentation and analysis
- You will craft and implement content policies for the Thailand and Laos markets with local insights which are in line with global Trust and Safety policies
- You'll act as an escalation point of contact for Thailand and Laos, align with all stakeholders and respond to emergency content safety-related cases

What should I bring with me?
Mandatory Qualification
- Experience in policy, policy enforcement, or public policy, specifically in technology/social media/content
- You are interested in eliminating user exposure to harmful content and eliminating risk while balancing the freedom of creative expression
- You have high fluency in English, superior oral and written communication skills, & deep familiarity with the Thailand and Laos markets.

Preferred Qualification
- Laotian language proficiency would be a plus
- Understanding of broader region including Cambodia and Myanmar would be a plus
