**Your Role**:
As a Functional Consultant and/or HRIS Project Manager, your role will be to support various clients on the implementation of our partner solutions. The HRIS Implementation Consultant role includes planning, coordination, communication, and direction of task completion by the project team in order to ensure the success of the project.

Your mission will be to coordinate and contribute to each phase of the project, namely:

- **Framing the project participate **in the project framework: planning, organisation, etc.
Identify the main actors involved
Establish governance bodies
- **Design & Configuration Phase **:Attend identification workshop for need specification
Drafting of the general functional
Configuration
Follow-up of the progress of the configuration/configuration
- **Testing & Validation Phase**:Definition of testing scenarios
Participate in the test scenario
- **Support and training phase**:Deployment support and user assistance
Provide training to the users
Define a change management plan

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
- You have your first experience on HRIS Projects (support, implementation, run, migration)
- Knowledge in the configuration of one of our SaaS HR/Cloud Solutions **(Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle HCM Cloud **, Cornerstone, Neocase )
- Any certifications provided are considered advantageous.
- You are a very good communicant, with a good capacity to adapt, and a strong dynamism
- You are responsive in your communication
- You are fluent in **French & English**:

- You have more than 6 years of expertise in this particular field.
