**CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER**
Reports to Team Leader/ Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager;
His / Her principal duties include but not limited to:
Ensure The Company’s procedures are complied and adhered to;
Conduct pre-handover inspections of the units and follow up inspections on the rectification carried out by the main contractor;
Carry out preparation and packing of handover kits;
Conduct handing over of the units to the purchasers by completing handover documentation and inventory of appliances in the units;
Defects management of internal unit defects includes but not limited to liaising with Purchasers for access, co-ordination with main contractor and Purchasers for inspections and rectification work and signing off of internal unit defects submitted by the purchasers (during Defects Liability Period & Post Defects Liability Period);
Provide good follow up service to the purchasers, their representatives and their occupants;
Ensure that all defects rectification works are carried out properly and within the defined time frame;
Attain good working relationship with:
Client - to submit reports and updates and highlight critical issues
from purchasers,
Contractors - ensure defects are rectified properly and within the time frame,
Consultants - consult on design intent and acceptable standards;
Ensure that complaints on defects are answered and rectified or addressed in accordance to the contractual requirements within the shortest possible time;
Update and maintain the Defects Status (& Keys) Monitoring system or Designated Software System for Defects Management;
Any other duties as and when assigned by The Company.
