We are looking for a senior leader within the Visual Merchandising field, to join our Region APAC Team based in Singapore.

**Job Description**:
**Based in Singapore, you would set the Regional VM strategy across 9 stores in the region consisting of Greater China, South Korea and South East Asia.**
- Your Responsibilities:_
- Ensure that the visual presentation and styling in the region are adapted and accurate to maximize sales and creating an inspiring space for our customers.
- Set regional visual goals that are in line with global visual expectations and local sales goal in order to deliver a great customer experience through visual presentations.
- Lead the visual teams in the Region providing collection guidelines and commercial direction to drive visitors, selling and inspirational store experience.
- Supports and secure the implementation of store experiences, activations and develop ideas together with Global Store Experience specialist.
- Share, inspire and educate your areas/markets on the seasonal fashion information delivered globally through kick offs, meetings and store visits.
- Plans and organizes visual merchandising standards to ensure the successful transition of new and rebuild stores together with regional team.
- Work actively with succession planning for all visual roles to secure a local diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Set a strategy and execution plan to secure quality visual training according to global expectations.

**Qualifications**:

What you will need to succeed:_**
- 3+ years experience in leading a team.
- 5+ years experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Very strong presentation and styling skills
- Knowledge about efficient and effective visual best practices and way of working in physical stores.
- Extensive fashion interest and knowledge.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills.
- Able to work both strategically as well as operationally.
- Ability to follow up, question decisions and provide feedback in a constructive way with all levels of management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel if needed in the Region, including overnight stays
