**Job Description**:
On this journey you will be collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Regional Visual Merchandiser you will be a key player in making this happen in Region South Asia.
Together with your team you will work towards enhancing the visual customer experience for your concept, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Visual strategy**:
- Together with the Regional sales team, you identify commercial opportunities for each customer group and create a long-term commercial strategy
- Implement the global visual strategy for your customer group and adapt based on regional needs
- Create and execute best customer offer:
- Together with the sales team you maximize the potential for peek selling periods, main campaigns and activities for your customer group.
- In collaboration with the rest of the VM team and sales team, align commercial priorities across customer groups and secure a realistic workload plan to sales markets
- Adapt global commercial info if needed based on stock situation, climate and local relevance
- Ensure EOP and clean out will enable clear story presentation in physical store
- Understand and support an OMNI seamless shopping experience
**Support and develop**:
- Share, inspire and educate sales markets on seasonal visual news and concept changes
- Provide sales markets with ideas, solutions and tools to improve presentation on your concepts
- You follow-up implementation of new presentation guidelines and concept changes
- Support business unit with market knowledge, competitor landscape and visual reviews

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior visual roles within a sales market
- Excellent proven garment presentation and styling skills
- Ability to take actions for your customer group based on sales equation and selling results
- Strong knowledge about visual merchandising guidelines, visual routines and best practices and how to adapt to local needs
- A strong fashion interest
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a good English written and verbally
- Understanding on how to collaborate cross functionally in order to achieve results
- Flexibility to travel within the region
- Understanding of the Omni competitor landscape across all sales markets
Additional Information
- This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the visual team and report directly to the Regional Head of Visual.
