- About the Role:_

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join their growing team in the Asian region. This remote position offers an opportunity to impact brand perception and drive sales across various locations, with a particular focus on the Chinese market. The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can maintain and elevate the brand's aesthetic standards across all retail environments.
- Responsibilities:_
- Design and implement compelling visual displays that align with the brand's standards and current fashion trends.
- Travel extensively across China to oversee and update visual merchandising efforts in various retail locations.
- Train and collaborate with local retail teams to ensure consistency and excellence in visual presentation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to adapt visual strategies that enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Manage inventory and procurement of visual merchandising materials and fixtures.
- Requirements:_
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders across the region.
- Proven professional experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating past work and success in enhancing brand visibility and sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout China and potentially other assigned regions.
- Ability to base in China, Malaysia, or Singapore, with frequent travel as part of the role.
