**THE CHALLENGE**

The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the regional team in creating and implementing the visual merchandising strategy. To ensure visual merchandising activities of Singapore and given export markets are executed according to the corporate’s guidelines, standards, objectives and in accordance with the business plan.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Planning + Execution
- Collaborate with the regional team on visual merchandising strategy for new seasons and product launches.
- Liaise with Retail Operations and Marketing to ensure appropriate interpretation of strategies.
- Prepare store visual merchandising guidelines, display planograms, and visuals selection for new seasons, product launches, and pop-up events.
- Evaluate visual merchandising strategy plans and their effectiveness periodically.

Budgeting + Inventory
- Prepare and manage the visual merchandising annual budget with the ability to work within the budget to optimise efficiency.
- Manage visual display props inventory and allocate them effectively to achieve consistent visual standards across all retail outlets.
- Source visual display props for marketing/product launch activations, store concepts and pop-up events.

Project Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative concepts for seasonal pop-up events.
- Submission of 3D renderings of fixture layouts, floorplans, elevations and display planograms for external stakeholders.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for effective planning and execution of visual merchandising setup of window installations, pop-up events and new store openings.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Coaching
- Provide visual merchandising training to operations and retail teams to ensure visual consistency for all retail outlets.
- Share and update internal stakeholders on the seasonal design concept for window and in-store product displays.

**GREAT TO HAVE**
- Minimum of 3 years relevant Visual Merchandising experience in the Fashion industry, especially leather goods and accessories.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and well-organized with a strong sense of urgency and deadlines in projects and tasks.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends and competitors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends when required.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office software.
