**ASST SALES MANAGER - MOVING OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES**

We are seeking a high-performing Asst Sales Manager to assist us in meeting our client’s requisition and revenue growth goals while maintaining our firm competitive and innovative. You will maximize our sales team's potential, developing sales plans, and justify those goals to your manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new business opportunities and competition status.
- Work closely with the Moving Management Team on planning for client’s requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a degree/diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in industrial machinery moving is an advantage.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving licence, preferably with own vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
