**Job responsibilities**:
Accounting data entry in system

Assist in accounting related matters, including issuance of Sales Invoices, SOA, payment advice, payment voucher

Consolidate document to be sent to Accountant

Assist in human resource related matters including Issuing Letter of Employment, computation of salary and allowance, submission of CPF

Perform basic office duties

Procurement of office supplies

Other accounting, admin & HR duties as required

**Job requirements**:
Minimum 1 year working experience

Good communication skills for both oral and written in English

Xero accounting software knowledge will be an advantage

Experience with GST reporting is an advantage

Computer literacy eg, Microsoft word, excel, outlook, PDF

Able to work independently and as a team;
Able to meet deadlines

Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and

Have strong work ethics

Willing to learn and have initiative and be proactive at work

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to multitask

Able to work in the west

**Salary**: From $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
