Accounts/hr Executive

Job Description
1) full-set of accounts
2) management of cash flow
3) submission of quarterly GST
4) management of petty cash
5) management accounts receivable/accounts payable
6) Preparation of payroll/monthly CPF submission
7) Work with Accounting Manager ensuring all necessary Accounts and records are well kept.
8) Procurement of office consumables, inventory, materials etc
9) HR functions such as applying/cancellation of work passes, booking of flights, tracking of leave/MC, etc
10) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required.
Job Requirements
3) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
4) Able to operate accounting software
5) Must be able to work at office (Jurong West area). No working from home

1) Nimble and adaptable with ability to multi task
2) Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
3) Meticulous and detailed
4) Ability to work independently
Remuneration and Benefits
1) SGD $1800 to SGD $3500 depending on experience and qualifications
2) Performance based bonuses and salary revisions
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
