**PURPOSE**:
1. Develop and implement business planning processes.

2. Responsible for business planning and analysis as a regional group.

3. Analyse and interpret performance data, along with managing forecast/ yearly plan to achieve group targets.

4. Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive overall business operations.

5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends and growth projections.

6. Understand business needs and develop solutions and assessment of potential business impacts.

7. Providing strategic planning support by developing long-term objectives and identifying short-term goals

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:
1. Understand operational issues to propose solutions, countermeasures, implementation plans to AP top management.

2. Consolidate, analyse and deliver regional reports for business performance.
- Manage communication with various divisions to find info or clarify issues to facilitate review.

3. Support Bi-annual and Mid-range Planning with various business units.
- Understand business strategies / intentions of AP3 regions/FBAP and business units to effectively review OpCo planning assumptions are in alignment with management goal.
- Work with various divisions such as Finance, Product Marketing and OpCo Direct Teams to facilitate plan assessments and ensure data integrity.
- Check feasibility/ accuracy of planning assumptions.
- Participate in MRP discussions and deliver statistical trend/ market reports when required.
- Design planning or data templates.

4. Data Management
- Support various divisions and OpCos on data request and queries.
- Maintain history and statistical trend data and alert supervisor when anomalies arise.
- Work with IM and BIS/ TM1 personnel to coordinate and improve work process.

5. Support for management report
- Support OpCos MD’s monthly management report by monitoring all financial numbers to find issues in their operations.
- Ad-hoc Mission/ Special Task

6. Provide deep analysis based on operational results, and challenge and propose the countermeasures

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. 2 years in Business planning / Finance Planning

3. Good communication skills and open-minded attitude

4. Operational knowledge enough to deliver business planning.

5. Analytical and business minded

6. Independent and work well under time pressure

7. Ability to multi-task

8. Must be able to work well with other personnel at various levels. Team oriented.

9. Good organisation and meticulous to details.
