Business Planning Manager – Established Real Estate Platform A fast‐growing real estate investment and development platform is seeking a Manager, Business Planning to support senior leadership in driving organisational alignment, strategic planning, and cross‐functional execution. This newly created role sits at the centre of the business, providing structured oversight of corporate initiatives and enabling smooth coordination across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong corporate planning or programme management experience who enjoys solving problems, creating clarity, and enabling high‐performing teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Development Support Track and report progress of company‐wide initiatives and strategic priorities; work collaboratively with functional leads to gather updates, identify interdependencies, and surface risks, opportunities, or synergies; prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic discussions and decision‐making; maintain subscriptions to relevant industry publications and circulate curated insights or market updates; analyse market trends, competitors, and internal performance to support forecasting and business planning. 2. Cross‐Functional Coordination & Internal Engagement Organise and coordinate company‐wide engagements including leadership meetings, townhalls, and offsites; drive clarity and follow‐through by ensuring timely dissemination of information, documentation of decisions, and tracking of action items across teams; strengthen alignment and communication flow between various departments and the senior leadership office. 3. Senior Leadership & Board Support Provide executive‐level support on scheduling, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and other administrative matters; coordinate materials, agendas, and minutes for Board and leadership meetings, ensuring high‐quality documentation and follow‐ups; support senior leadership in monitoring key outcomes, decisions, and deliverables. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, programme/project management, or business operations. Strong organisational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, including synthesising complex information into clear, actionable insights. Confident in working with senior stakeholders and driving cross‐functional collaboration. Proactive, solutions‐oriented, and process‐driven mindset.
