About us

**Dynamic Operations Role: Spearheading Process Development and Team Leadership at OPAL**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **_Operational Engagement: _**You will be engaged actively in the daily execution of crucial operational processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence within the team.
- **Process Implementation and Enhancement**: You will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving core operational processes. This includes streamlining onboarding and offboarding procedures and enhancing transaction monitoring systems.
- **Team Development and Leadership**: As we grow, you will transition from hands-on process management to leading a dedicated team. This team will be responsible for executing the processes you help establish and refine. Your role will evolve into guiding, mentoring, and managing this team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- **Strategic Operational Role**: Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your insights and actions will directly influence the operational strategy of the company. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring that our operational infrastructure supports and accelerates our expansion.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree from any discipline, preferably in Accountancy
- Preferably a background in compliance related skillsets such as KYC and Transaction Monitoring which may be achieved from an Audit/Operations background
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous & able to see the big picture
- Possess a passionate, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
- A good breadth of practical skills, with the ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution. We seek doers who can think on their feet, hands-on and willing to roll-up the sleeves to get to the root of the issue
- An open mind and willingness to experiment
- Strong sense of responsibility to ensure completion of tasks
