An established company in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Logistics Officer for management of various logistics operations of tracking shipments, including monitoring and managing 3rd party logistics provider to support business activities
- Coordinate logistics activities and related information systems throughout the extended manufacturing/supply chain network, which include:

- Inventory control (reconcile and accuracy)
- Third-party warehousing
- Shipping/Receiving activities
- Logistics related reporting, measures, and controls 3PLs (cost and process efficiency)
- Assure compliance to all external inventory audits
- Assure compliance to all Custom import/export regulations
- Partner effectively with various stakeholders such as external logistics providers, freight forwarders, and commercial customers to improve delivery processes, handle complaints and develop professional relationships.
- Facilitate work across relevant global and cross functional teams to identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies, analyze shipment transit and inbound processes to achieve On-Time-Delivery KPI targets.
- Track product flow from origin to final delivery and collaborate with the Customer Support team, ensuring that customers are informed preemptively of any forwarder shipment fulfilment delays
- Work onsite at 3PL warehouse as and when required (e.g. process improvements, product and process quality compliance check, stock take etc.)
- Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis and lead initiatives to drive continuous business process improvement.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and effective recording of documents for internal/external audit purposes, as required to comply with relevant legislations.
- Reports on stock on hand, monitor and analyze ageing items, for management reporting of stock situation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree qualification in Business or Logistics discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Manufacturing/Logistics industry
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
