**Job Summary**:
We are currently in our setup phase of our new Genomics Lab and are looking our pioneer team of employees to journey with us from the very start. The customer service specialist is responsible to support and assist the business development and sales team in customer support and coordination with related parties.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support both research and clinical customers
- For research customers, provide support with coordination and administrative duties associated with the testing or project service to ensure excellent customer experience.
- For clinical customers, ensure clinics or testing centres are well equipped with the test request form and shipping boxes. Work with testing team to ensure that tests are reported back to physician in time to deliver the best customer experience.
Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames. Be the point of contact for sales inquiries, orders status and customer feedback
- To ensure billing operation smoothly and helping in resolving any billing discrepancy.
- Provide support of logistics and responding to any customer or client’s query.

**Minimum diploma or higher or equivalent qualification.
- Strong team player with positive work attitude, analytical minded, result-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills are key requirements.
- Prior job experience in a similar setting and familiarity with terminology used in the laboratory would be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
