Fraud Investigation Manager, Regional Spx Express

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. **About the Team**:
- Develop and implement robust investigation protocols and procedures to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, which is in line with strict ethical standards and adheres to relevant privacy frameworks
- Manage key fraud investigations, including conducting interviews, collecting and analysing evidence, and preparing comprehensive investigation reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operational leads, finance, and legal, to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement appropriate controls to minimize fraud risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in fraud prevention and investigation techniques
- Support regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Provide guidance and training to employees on fraud awareness, prevention, and reporting mechanisms
- Liaise with external parties, such as law enforcement agencies, legal counsel, and insurance providers, to support investigations and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships that support effective fraud prevention and investigation efforts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience (3+ years) in fraud investigation, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of fraud prevention and detection methodologies, techniques, and tools
- Deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud investigation and prevention
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex investigations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are desirable
