Assistant Director

You will be part of the finance team to drive transformation and enhance digitalisation of SFA’s functions, and processes. Other roles are to implement finance policy and process reviews, and to manage full spectrum of financial operations and reporting to enable management in making informed decisions.
**Duties**:
- Involve in Accounts Receivables and Revenue collection functions and operations
- Participate in financial reporting activities, including preparation of periodic management reports, audit/ financial schedules, and reconciliations
- Participate in the development, implementation and review of finance policies & processes, as well as analytics roadmaps to facilitate strategic and decision-marking
- Be a business partner and engage Divisions to take into consideration various financial planning and operational factors in their operational functions
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics for finance transformation and digitalisation for the organisation, and be involved in the implementation of the initiatives
- Any other duties and ad-hoc projects
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to articulate clearly both written and verbal; either on one-to-one or in group presentation
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
- Prior experience in system implementation and project management is an advantage
- Knowledge in Workday, visualization and automation software is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analytics and prior experience in use of automation tools such as RPA and AI chatbots will be an advantage.
