Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking an **Senior Manager (Facilities / EHS / Maintenance)** that will manage and provide leadership to EHS, Facilities and Production equipment maintenance for the smooth and effective site operation.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading all EHS program/elements, regulatory compliances, injury prevention and environmental protection for manufacturing plant.
- Experienced in managing ISO14001 certification, as well as to lead in the preparation for the implementation of ISO45001, which include development and maintenance of various operational control elements and alignment of procedures (existing/new).
- Enhances Safety Culture of the site, and provides support in the development and execution of safety culture, which include promoting safety and occupational health awareness programs, and well-being of employees.
- Ensures that all facilities and equipment are operating in full compliance with safety rules & requirement, consistent with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead Facilities and Maintenance team in total preventive maintenance (incl. CM & AM) which include CAPEX/OPEX, contractual arrangements, manpower resources and technical support.
- Engage and work with the department heads to
identify and execute improvement/ sustainability projects.
- Coordinate with site leadership on annual operating plans, from strategy to action.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, or related degree in engineering disciplines.
- At least10 years experience in manufacturing plant.
- Working experience in sustenance/establishment of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Prefer to have working experience in the management of Hazardous Substance.
- Good knowledge of local regulations, Code of Practices and regulatory requirements.
- TPM for production and facilities equipment, and life asset cycle.
- Good team player, strong leadership and able to collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Strong analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
