Singapore RSVP Singapore The Organisation of Senior Volunteers Full time

RSVP Singapore is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to support its events and activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate events, roadshows and programme activities
- Provide Event Management support including planning, budgeting, liaison with relevant parties, actual day execution and post event follow-ups
- Brainstorm new ideas to enhance existing events and propose new events
- Work closely across departments to ensure smooth execution of events
- Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, vendors and suppliers
- Maintain documentation and records
- Assist in producing simple communication collaterals such as EDMs and posters
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Pre-requisites**:

- Diploma or University degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
- Possess strong planning and organisational skills
- A team player
- Fresh graduates will be considered
