We are actively looking for an Administrator to support our busy Mergers & Acquisitions team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful, fast paced team and will require someone who can multi-task, as you will be responsible for supporting the team with all M&A projects, including all contribution and creation of documentation and paperwork for internal and external stakeholders.

About you:
- You will enjoy communicating with people, as you will be supporting multiple stakeholders across the M&A team, and need to provide timely updates to support projects remaining on track with agreed timeframes,- You will be organised and have great attention to detail as you will be supporting the team across multiple projects at a time. As part of this, you will also be required to create, organise, collate and share all the relevant documents/paperwork.- You are process orientated and enjoy working collaboratively as well as autonomously. This opportunity will follow a project structure, so the ability to coordinate and work well with others, but also use you own initiative to get work done is key.- You are able to learn quickly. There are different systems and software that we use on a day to day basis, so the ability to ask questions and learn quickly is key to being successful in this role.
